Realizations these past few days…

  • You’re not the only one stressed. Everyone has problems to deal with every day so don’t add to theirs. In fact, help them if you can.
  • Nightly conversations and dinners with Maui and Yanna are one of the best de-stress-ers after a long day
  • The best time to unwind and reflect is when you’re in transit. And yes, the MRT after 7PM is a great place to.. chill.
  • Negative thoughts results in negative outcomes.
  • When you’re stressed, you have no time for unwarranted self-pity.
  • When you’re stressed, seeing your crush has no effect. But when you unexpectedly dream of him, then the good vibes take over early in the morning.
  • Teamwork is very UNDERrated.
  • When you come home from school every night for 3 consecutive days, your family’s going to think the reason is because you have a boyfriend. Sadly, it’s not true. #foreveralone
  • Making a playlist helps.
  • And lastly, a warm hug from your Baby Bro for every day you went home late is a great way to end a stressful day.
